Keira Knightley has denied rumours suggesting that she paid for cosmetic surgery on her lips.
The Pride and Prejudice actress found herself inundated with angry letters from fans after reports claimed that she had received collagen injections.
"You get letters saying: 'I can't believe you're condoning this,' and then you deny having them done and you get told off for lying," Breakingnews.ie quotes Knightley as saying. "You just can't win."
