Ramsay: carrots make your 'widger' grow

Gordon Ramsay has revealed his unusual tactics for making his children eat their vegetables.
According to The Daily Mail the celebrity chef said: "With my son, Jack, I tell him the more carrots he eats, the bigger his widger will grow.
"After each mouthful he keeps looking down the front of his shorts to check."
Ramsay did concede, "Of course, there's only a short period in their lives when you can tell them that kind of thing and they'll believe it, but in the meantime you're getting them over their resistance to these foods."
He went on to criticise parents who allow their child to develop bad eating habits: "I can't believe that so many children are so fussy, and that so many parents let them get away with it."
