Armie Hammer's wife confronts Leonardo DiCaprio

Armie Hammer's wife Elizabeth Chambers has taken Leonardo DiCaprio to task for his womanizing tendencies.

Hammer and DiCaprio star together in the forthcoming film J. Edgar. In a recent interview with Details, Chambers recalled an encounter on set with the Titanic star in which she challenged his recollection of a previous fling.

"I actually met Leo when I was modelling in Tokyo when I was in high school. He hooked up with my roommate," Chambers revealed. "When I saw him after all those years, I said, 'Tell me you're not an asshole. Do not make me hate you for the rest of the shoot'.

"'She was Spanish - you took a bath your first night together. What's her name?'" she asked DiCaprio.

However, Chambers added that the actor knew immediately who she was talking about.

"He goes, 'Marta'," she added.

In the same interview, Hammer revealed that he would never shave his chest hair for a movie role.

The Social Network actor is currently shooting Tarsem Singh's new adaptation of Snow White.

J. Edgar opens in US cinemas on November 9 and on January 20, 2012 in the UK.
