The Dancing on Ice presenter indicated to PA that she would like to focus more on her career.
Willoughby said: "I keep having children which I'm not going to do for a little while now."
She gave birth to a baby girl named Belle in April, while she also has 1-year-old son Harry with husband Dan Baldwin.
The Celebrity Juice panellist also described being reunited with "silver fox" This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield as "wonderful, fantastic [and] brilliant".
Celebrity Juice continues tonight at 10pm on ITV2.
