The auction winner will be allowed to discuss potential television or film ideas with David at his Santa Monica office.
The auction is expected to raise as much as $5,000 (£3,125) for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, which funds the research and helps those suffering from the disease.
Fox, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991, founded the organisation more than a decade ago.
The 50-year-old Back to the Future star recently guest starred on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, which saw he and David clash while living in the same apartment building.
David was recently reported to be dating another Curb Your Enthusiasm guest star, Amy Landecker, who was allegedly married when they began their romance.
