Britney Spears visits UK: 'I'm having a blast in London'

Britney Spears has told fans that she is "having a blast" on her five-day trip to London.

The 'I Wanna Go' songstress flew to the capital yesterday to prepare for the UK leg of her 'Femme Fatale' tour, which kicks off at the O2 Arena on October 24.

"So excited to stop over in the UK before I start my European tour in a few weeks," she wrote on Twitter earlier this month. "Can't wait! I LOVE London, it's like my second home."

As announced by the star herself last week, Spears will also film the video for her latest single 'Criminal' on "the streets of merry old England".

Spears has already visited BBC Radio 1 and Kiss FM and will make an appearance on This Morning next week.

Jeff Brazier tweeted after interviewing Spears for OK!TV this afternoon that the popstar "was actually very attractive & seemed completely down to earth".

He earlier admitted that he was "intrigued to learn what kind of woman/star [she] will be".

Spears announced last weekend that she will release a new remix album on October 11.
