The Lost actor reportedly punched Heather Bormann in an incident outside an Ohio nightclub, and she later officially filed assault charges.
A representative for the Cleveland Prosecutor's Office told TMZ: "There will be no charges brought. After a review of the facts [officials] came to the conclusion not to charge."
Bormann's lawyer added: "That is a terrible disappointment to my client. She is disappointed in the justice system and the decision."
The bus driver had previously said of the attack: "I had no idea who he was at the time. I did not know until after he was in custody. I'm pressing charges. Assault is wrong, I really do feel violated. He was hitting me in places I didn't think anybody would hit me... my breast area, my pelvis area."
