Lindsay Lohan 'throws glass' at photographer at New York party

Lindsay Lohan has been accused of lashing out at a photographer during a New York Fashion Week party.

The Mean Girls actress was said to have thrown a glass at Jasper Rischen at V Magazine's 'Black And White' ball on Wednesday.

According to the The Cut, Lohan missed hitting Rischen - who was taking photos on behalf of the event's host - and instead collided with a cocktail waitress.

"Wow. Lindsay Lohan is as trashy as they always say," a reveler at the party wrote on Twitter. "She threw drinks and glasses to me as we tried to take a shot for V."

However, a representative for Lohan has adamantly denied the accusation, saying: "Lindsay did not throw anything at anyone, plain and simple. Making up stories about Lindsay has become a pastime for many people."

Lohan is currently embroiled in a lawsuit with rap star Pitbull over lyrics in his song 'Give Me Everything'.
