Jonathan Dixon, who works at Altitude Bar in New Zealand, has been charged after uploading CCTV footage of Zara Phillips's husband seemingly embracing a blonde woman during celebrations for the Rugby World Cup onto the internet.
According to the Metro, police have arrested the 40-year-old and charged him with accessing a computer system for dishonest purposes and gaining unauthorised access to the pictures.
Dixon has been released on bail but is scheduled to appear at Queenstown District Court tomorrow morning.
In the video, the unnamed woman appears to kiss Tindall on the head. He has denied cheating on Phillips and insisted that the girl was an old friend of his.
Racing presenter Alice Plunkett, who attended Tindall and Phillips's wedding seven weeks ago, told the Daily Telegraph that the incident has been "blown out of proportion", adding: "Maybe the choice of venue wasn't great, but I think it has all been exaggerated."
