Talking to The Huffington Post, the reality star recalled a recent scuffle she had with photographers and lamented always being in the public spotlight.
"I just screamed at [the paparazzi] today. And I said, 'Go away leave me alone. Go and photograph somebody else'. Every day they leave me alone it's a great day. If I have a job and it doesn't go with paparazzi, great," Gosselin explained.
"If I could minus that part it would be the best thing ever. And I will tell you why - they are only harmful. They don't tell the truth. It's always, like, they will post I was out running and I didn't run. Even little dishonesty like that. They never post the truth so how is that helpful to me?"
She was recently criticised by ex-husband Jon after expressing a desire to remain in the TV business following the axing of her TLC series Kate Plus 8.
However, Gosselin has said that while she feels "comfortable" on camera, she would consider other jobs in order to look after her family.
"I would [get any job] if I had to. I'm sure it would be hard but I would not let [fame] stop me from paying my kids' bills. I'm certainly not using it as an excuse," she said.
