Ray J detained by police after brawl with Fabolous

Ray J was detained by Las Vegas police on Sunday after a brawl with rapper Fabolous.

The feud between the two stars began when Fabolous mocked Ray J's appearance in the HBO series 24/7, which documented the run-up tp Floyd Mayweather Jr's boxing match with Victor Ortiz.

In one scene, Ray J is shown playing piano and singing his hit 'One Wish' in Mayweather's living room.



Fabolous ridiculed Ray J on Twitter, writing: "Floyd saying we havin a concert in my living room & the camera cuts to Ray J singing 'One Wish' on the piano had me in tears! (sic)"

The pair came face-to-face at the Palms Las Vegas casino on Sunday, with the encounter apparently turning violent.

Ray J reportedly threw a punch at Fabolous, but police soon arrived to calm the situation down.

The law enforcement officers handcuffed Ray J and held him for a brief time, but eventually let him go once Fabolous had left the premises.

Ray J discussed the incident during an interview with LA radio station Power 105 on Monday, saying: "It's like, don't disrespect me and Floyd like that, so when I [saw] him I was with Floyd and 50 [Cent] and [Fabolous] tried to say, 'Don't touch me', and I touched that n***er… I got detained... I got kicked out of the motherf**king Palms hotel!"

No charges against Ray J have been filed.

In early September, Ray J insisted that a sex tape featuring himself and ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian should be taken off the market.
