BoB on unpaid bar tab accusations: "I don't walk out on tabs"

While The Cornell Daily Sun claimed that BoB - born Bobby Ray Simmons Jr - refused to pay the hefty check, the 'Magic' singer insisted that the incident was only a misunderstanding which has since been resolved.
"Obviously, I have no problem paying a bill of more than $1,000, and when I left the bar, I did not know that the bill was not taken care of," he explained to MTV News.
"Sometimes people will give you one complimentary bottle or maybe two complimentary bottles, but in my head I'm always prepared to take care of the bill. I don't walk out on tabs."
However, BoB expressed frustration that such reports were made about him without asking his side of the story first, adding: "For me, I feel like whoever was responsible could've talked to me instead of using my name in an article. They could've talked to me first about it and I would've gladly paid the bill double for interest for not paying it."
Earlier this year, BoB revealed that he is more than halfway through recording his new album, the follow up to 2010's The Adventures of Bobby Ray.
