The Charlie's Angels actress told David Letterman that she was once approached by a former Playboy Playmate and offered free cosmetic procedures if she agreed to work at a plastic surgeon's office.
"I was 19. She was very seductive and said that she wanted to manage me and that I had a lot of potential," Kelly recalled.
"She said that she could get me a job at this doctor's office in return for plastic surgery, which I would need to be a Playboy Playmate. All I needed was lipo, fake breasts, a few veneers and all kinds of stuff."
Kelly worked at the plastic surgeon's office for only a month before deciding that she didn't want to change her appearance.
"When I told [my Playmate mentor] that I didn't want that, she said I would never be Playmate of the Year and I said, 'I think that's okay. I'm okay with that'," she added.
Letterman then quipped: "The stuff that you have is fine!"

Kelly previously revealed that she has a complicated relationship with her mother Maureen, who worked as a stripper in order to support their family.
Charlie's Angels premieres tonight at 8/7c on ABC.
