Tara Palmer-Tomkinson 'worries family with partying'

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has sparked fears for her health after a wild night of partying.

The 39-year-old 'It Girl' appeared dishevelled and exhausted in photographs taken after a jaunt to The Box nightclub in London.

Sources have suggested that Palmer-Tomkinson's excessive behaviour has caused concern among her loved ones.

"Tara's eyes were like saucers," an insider said of The Sun's images. "She appeared completely wired and looked as though she needed a good few days' rest. Her family must be very worried."

Palmer-Tomkinson is also said to have been "cut quite deeply" on a broken glass while out partying. She can be seen holding up a bloody finger in one of the snaps.

The socialite's agent blamed her bewildered appearance on the flashing of cameras.

Palmer-Tomkinson underwent surgery to reconstruct her nose after years of cocaine use in April.

She unveiled her "strong, cemented honker" at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
