James Marsden wife files for divorce

James Marsden's wife has filed for divorce after more then ten years of marriage.

Lisa Linde cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for her split from the Hop star, People reports.

The couple married in July 2000 and have two children together, Jack, 10, and 6-year-old Mary.

According to court documents filed last week, Linde is seeking spousal support and joint legal and physical custody of their offspring.

Speaking about his marriage in 2008, Marsden said: "It's always been about being together and keeping the family together. When I'm not working, I want to be home, and that's all I want to do."

Marsden will next appear alongside Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard in the Straw Dogs remake, which is set for release in the UK on November 4.
