Joining Holly Willoughby and chef Gino D'Acampo to make Calzone - a traditional Neapolitan folded pizza - Schofield couldn't resist having some fun when the opportunity presented itself.
The presenter placed his flour-covered hands on Willoughby's bottom - leaving two white handprints on her red dress.
As the popular daytime duo laughed, D'Acampo said: "I tell you something Phil, you've just got ten more points about what I think about you! Great job."
Posting a picture on Twitter, Schofield quipped: "The temptation was just too much!"
This Morning, which is nominated for 'Best Factual Programme' at the National Television Awards, continues weekdays at 10.30am on ITV1.
