The couple tied the knot in Montecito, CA just five week ago, but DeGeneres coaxed the two into marrying again on her talkshow.
Kardashian once again donned a white wedding dress, while Humphries sported a suit and a top hat.
DeGeneres opened the ceremony by referencing Prince's 1984 hit 'Let's Go Crazy', saying: "Dearly beloved, we're gathered here today to get through this thing called life. I'm sorry, I'm thinking of Prince.
"We're gathered here today because we are the only 300 people who weren't invited to Kim and Kris's wedding!"

The talkshow host also prepared special vows for Kardashian and Humphries to read to one another.
She asked Kim to repeat: "I take Kris to be my husband and co-star, to love and honour you to always put you first - or at least above Khloe, but below Kourtney!"
DeGeneres offered a closing comment after both stars had repeated their comic vows.
"And now by the authority given to me by Ryan Seacrest, I repronounce you husband and wife," DeGeneres declared.
The full segment will air today on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
This week, Kardashian revealed that she's warned Humphries to expect rumours about their relationship.
