The full details of the Fist of Fun Series 1 DVD have been confirmed.

Stewart Lee exclusively revealed to Digital Spy in May that his and Richard Herring's mid-'90s show would finally get an official release.

Herring has now posted a rough draft of the first series cover on his official website and confirmed a November release date.

The Fist of Fun - Series 1 DVD includes full commentaries from Lee and Herring on every episode, in addition to extra commentaries from Ben Moor on episode 2 and Kevin Eldon on episodes 3 and 5.

It also includes the hour-long Lee and Herring Live at the Cochrane Theatre show from 1995 and a newly-recorded 35-minute featurette called Lee and Herring's '90s Nostalgia

Other extras include the unbroadcast pilot episode and all 272 minutes of surviving rushes from the show.

Writing on Twitter, Herring confirmed that the four-disc collection would be exclusively available via Go Faster Stripe or from Lee or Herring live shows. It is priced at £25 per series.

When questioned about the price of the sets, Herring said: "It's costing around about £45,000 to buy this from BBC and pay for production. 4 disc set."
