'My Family' star Kris Marshall arrested for drink driving

The My Family actor was stopped by police as he attempted to drive out of a supermarket parking lot in Somerset.
Marshall was arrested after he declined to undergo a breathalyser test, but later released from custody after posting bail.
He has been ordered to appear in a Somerset court on October 13 to formally face a charge of failing to supply a specimen of breath while being the person in charge of a motor vehicle, a police spokesperson told PA.
Marshall first gained fame in My Family and later went on to appear in the films Love Actually, Death at a Funeral and the short-lived Fox series Traffic Light.
The star will next appear on the big screen in Glide, which is expected to be released next year.
