The presenter has been dating a City worker called Charlie for four months and revealed that he was present during her Strictly Come Dancing performance last week.
"Am I in love? It's a bit early to say, but potentially, yeah," she told The Mirror. "Bless him, he is not in the same profession as me and I am conscious he has his own career.
"His name is Charlie, he is lovely, he is from New Zealand and he wasn't aware of The One Show when we met - he had never seen it. We met over here at a birthday party. He thinks it is brilliant that I am doing Strictly, but he doesn't let it affect him."
Speaking of taking him backstage, she continued: "Charlie is very sociable and personable and loves to talk. He got to chat to Joe [Calzaghe] because he was there to support Kristina [Rihanoff]. In fact, when I went up there he was chatting to lots of people, so that was great."
Jones added that she was "terrified" during her performance on Strictly Come Dancing last week and said she hopes to be more relaxed this week.
Judge Craig Revel Horwood branded her "starchy" and "stiff" after her dance, for which she and partner James Jordan scored 22 points.
Jones has previously dated presenter Matt Johnson.
