Rosie O'Donnell: 'My gaydar was off with girlfriend'

The talkshow host joked that her "gaydar" must not have been working when the couple were introduced at a coffee shop this summer.
"I thought she was a 28-year-old heterosexual girl, because that's what she looked like to me. And she's a 40-year-old gay woman. My gaydar was way off," O'Donnell told Nightline.
She went on to quip: "I think if I had known that she was gay, I wouldn't have been brave enough to talk to her."
Rounds and O'Donnell stepped out together for the first time last month, when they attended the Theater Kids Gala in New York City.
O'Donnell's new talkshow The Rosie Show, with special guest Russell Brand, premieres tonight (October 10) at 7/6c on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
