The unisex T-shirt features a purple zebra with the title of her 2010 hit 'We R Who We R', which she previously dedicated to a number of gay teens who committed suicide. The colour purple symbolises "spirit" on the rainbow flag for LGBT pride.
The T-shirt retails for $35 (£22), with 100% of the proceeds going to HRC. National Coming Out Day, which promotes LGBT rights and equality, is held tomorrow (October 11).
In July, Ke$ha said that her music encourages kids to "be themselves".
She explained: "I grew up in Nashville, which is very religious and conservative and not at all open-minded. I want to encourage kids to be themselves, feel free to express themselves and have their eccentricities encouraged."
Ke$ha has often used fashion to show her support for causes. Last month, she announced that she is working on a fashion line that will be animal-friendly.
