David Hasselhoff in hospital after accident

David Hasselhoff was admitted to hospital after having a run-in with a chandelier.
The accident occurred after the former Baywatch actor used the gym at London's Sanderson Hotel. Whilst visiting the bathroom, Hasselhoff's head struck a chandelier, causing glass to sever a tendon in his right arm.
BBC News Online quotes the star's spokeswoman as saying that he was "out of hospital and ready to continue his work ."
Currently in London to film an advert for an internet company, Hasselhoff is soon to appear as a judge on Simon Cowell's US TV show America's Got Talent.
