The Wanted's Tom Parker "not proud" of cheating on every girlfriend

The Wanted's Tom Parker has admitted that he is "not proud" of having cheated on all of his previous girlfriends.

The singer told Top of the Pops magazine that despite his past behaviour, he has remained faithful to current partner Kelsey.

"I've cheated on every single girlfriend I've ever had apart from my current one, Kelsey. I'm definitely not proud of that," he said.

On what he would do differently now, he explained: "I probably wouldn't treat my girlfriend the way I did a year ago. We got together just before the band really kicked off and I told her I wanted to meet lots of girls and enjoy the fame, so we broke up for six months."

Insisting that he has "never" had his heart broken by a girl, the 23-year-old commented: "I was always the one who was doing the heartbreaking!"

However, he added: "When I was 7 a girl ripped a Valentine's card up in front of me. My little heart was broken."

The Wanted will perform on The X Factor this weekend. The full interview appears in the new issue of Top of the Pops magazine, out today.
