The former glamour model was due to meet with a selected group for a buffet, prior to speaking in the Oxford Union Debating Society chambers at 3pm.
The 33-year-old follows in the footsteps of previous guest-speakers including Winston Churchill, the Dalai Lama, David Blaine, Pamela Anderson and, last year, Tinie Tempah.
Price, who as a successful businesswoman has launched a string of products since rising to fame in the 1990s, stopped for photographs outside of the venue.
Speaking ahead of the event, a spokesman for Oxford Union said that Price's appearance had proved "very popular".
Wearing stockings and suspenders, Price launched her latest Sky Living series - Signed by Katie Price - earlier this week.
The series, which will see Price sign someone to her management company, continues Mondays at 9pm.
