Trace Cyrus, Brenda Song announce engagement

Musician Cyrus, who has been dating Song since Spring 2010, revealed on Twitter that The Suite Life of Zack and Cody star had accepted his marriage proposal.
"I am very excited to say last week I asked my girlfriend Brenda Song to marry me and she said YES!" Cyrus tweeted. "We are both very excited to be engaged!"
"Can't wait for Brenda to be a Cyrus," Cyrus's sister Miley tweeted shortly after the announcement. "Couldn't be more excited about my sister-in-law to be."
In August, rumours circulated the couple were expecting their first child. However, neither party has commented on the speculation.
The couple have yet to announce a date for their wedding.
