Aguilera to be a career mother

Christina Aguilera has assured fans that she will continue working for a long time to come, even when she gets round to starting a family.

Although she recently stated that she had no plans to become a mother any time soon, the singer has revealed that when the time does come, she wants to continue making music.

She told WENN: "Music's so important in my life. I think even with kids I'd write and record songs."

The star is aware of the challenges she might face, but remains confident that things will work themselves out.

"Touring may be a bigger problem, though - we'll just have to wait and see," she said.
