The Mean Girls actress failed to perform her full sentence of 360 hours of community service at a Downtown Women's Centre following her jewellery store shoplifting case in January.
She instead completed her community service at the American Red Cross, which Sautner said would not count towards her service since it was not part of her sentence.
Sautner said: "No-one has the power to change my sentence. Not the volunteer centre and not probation. She is not getting credit for any time at the American Red Cross."
Lohan was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs. She is now understood to have been released from custody after posting $100,000 bail.
The actress will have to return for a probation violation hearing on November 2 to decide if she should go back to jail.
Earlier this month, Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services filed a lawsuit against Lohan for failing to pay her limousine bill.
