Tara PT to go ahead with nose surgery

Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has finally decided to go ahead with surgery to rebuild her nose.
Recent reports suggested that the It girl and reality TV presenter had been considering an operation to repair the damage caused by years of drug abuse. After consulting with a Harley Street surgeon, Tara will now go under the knife next week.
"She's been to a couple of events recently where people have made comments, and pictures of her afterwards have really shocked her," a friend told The Mirror. "She's been driven to tears and feels she has no other option than to get it fixed - even though she's petrified about the whole thing.
"She's lived with it for years without anyone commenting, but the non-stop gossip has become unbearable. So many horrid things have been said that some days she doesn't want to step outside her front door."
