Prince Harry 'dating Californian cocktail waitress'

Prince Harry is reportedly dating a Californian cocktail waitress.

The royal met Jessica Donaldson, 26, two weeks ago at the Andaz Hotel in San Diego, where she serves drinks in the Ivy Club.

She joined Harry and his work friends in a suite at the hotel later that night and met him for lunch the next day at a beachside restaurant, according to The Sun.

Last weekend, they visited the Belly Up Tavern, a live music venue in Solana Beach, and were spotted kissing in the VIP area while drinking tequila and beer.

A source said last night: "She's a really fun girl and he was clearly bowled over. Things developed from there.

"Loads of girls were trying to get Harry's attention but he only had eyes for Jes. They were kissing and looked comfortable together."

A friend of Donaldson's added: "She is full of energy, a bit wild and goes out a lot. She's gorgeous and very good at her job. But she's a funny and genuine girl. It's easy to see why Harry fell for her."

Harry is currently in San Diego on an intensive two month training course in the operation of Apache helicopters at the remote El Centro base.

He split from lingerie model Florence Brudenell-Bruce back in August.
