'Hannah Montana' star Mitchel Musso charged with DUI

On Sunday, Musso was arrested in Burbank, California after failing to stop for police and subsequently failing a sobriety test.
According to the Daily Mail, the former Hannah Montana star has now been officially charged with two misdemeanors for driving under the influence.
If convicted, Musso faces a maximum prison sentence of six months as well as a potential $1,000 fine.
Musso portrayed Oliver Oken on the Miley Cyrus-starring series for its entire run from 2006 to 2011.
The actor is due to face charges in court on November 11.
