Prince Harry cocktail waitress: 'We're not dating'

The Californian cocktail waitress rumoured to be dating Prince Harry has revealed that they are just friends.

Jessica Donaldson, who first met Harry at the Andaz Hotel in San Diego two weeks ago, said that she has a boyfriend of three years.

She and her friends met Harry for brunch after their initial meeting and she was alleged to have kissed him when they met again at the Belly Up Tavern last weekend, but she denied these claims.

"Harry is a real-life Prince Charming," she told the Sunday Mirror. "He is so sweet. In fact he was kind of goofy with me. I really like him but I am speaking out now because I want people to know the truth. I am not sleeping with Prince Harry and he has never been anything other than a total gentleman to me.

"I am very upset that all this has blown up. He is just a regular guy who enjoys a few beers with his buddies. He's really cool and down-to-earth and that's what I liked about him. I'm flattered he showed me attention but there is nothing more to it than that.

"We hung out, had breakfast, talked and I thought how cool it was to be with an English prince. He is a guy who doesn't want to be treated differently even though he's a prince, but, of course, people do treat him different. Nothing happened between me and Harry. It's important people know the truth."

Harry is currently in San Diego on an intensive two month training course in the operation of Apache helicopters at the remote El Centro base.
