Kevin Bacon praises 'Footloose' remake

Bacon, who played the lead character Ren McCormack in the original 1984 movie, revealed that he has seen the remake and praised the actors on his Twitter.
The Craig Brewer remake stars Kenny Wormald in the role of McCormack, while Julianne Hough, Dennis Quaid, Andie MacDowell and Miles Teller also feature.
He tweeted: 'F-Loose! Just saw it. Congrats to Craig, Kenny, Julianne, Dennis,Andie, Miles, and the rest of the cast. U guys rocked it!'
He also showed an image of his ticket stub to prove that he indeed watched the movie in a cinema.
Bacon has said that he regrets using a stunt double for the original film.
"I had a stunt double, a dance double and two gymnastics doubles," he said. "There were five of us in the f**king outfit, and I felt horrible."
