Dita Von Teese flies into Australia for Melbourne Cup

The burlesque star, who has been invited to attend the annual Australian racing carnival as a celebrity VIP, was spotted arriving at Tullamarine Airport this morning before the event's official launch later today.
According to the Herald Sun, Von Teese was photographed wearing red lipstick and large sunglasses, followed by an employee pushing a trolley piled high with her luggage.
Former Home and Away actor Nicholas Bishop - who now stars in US drama Body of Proof - revealed yesterday that he is "looking forward" to a flutter on the races as the Melbourne Cup's official international guest.
Celebrities including reality TV star Kim Kardashian, The Farmer Wants a Wife presenter Natalie Gruzlewski, Bondi Vet cast member Dr Chris Brown, Tour de France winner Cadel Evans, model Ashley Hart and Hawthorn footballer Josh Gibson are already confirmed guests of Swisse Vitamins's celebrity tent.
Sex and the City actress Sarah Jessica Parker has also revealed that she will be attending the Melbourne Cup as a VIP for the Crown marquee.
