Penny Lancaster has spoken about the highly emotional state she found herself in after having her first child with partner Rod Stewart.
The model revealed that she cried every day for three weeks after giving birth to son Alistair last November.
She told the Daily Mirror: "Sleep deprivation and hormones meant little things like seeing Rod cuddling Alastair would set me off crying. I remember writing in my diary after three weeks 'Today I didn't cry'."
