Bradley Cooper 'good for Jennifer Lopez', says friend

Bradley Cooper is just the kind of man that Jennifer Lopez needs to be dating right now, according to a friend.

An acquaintance of the American Idol judge told E! Online that Cooper is good for Lopez "for now".

"Anybody would be an improvement after [Marc Anthony]," the insider said.

Last weekend, Lopez broke down in tears while singing 'One Love' and ran off stage. She later said that she was overcome by emotion because she felt a true connection with her audience.

Cooper has reportedly been wooing Lopez for ages, allegedly expressing interest in the singer as early as July when she filed for divorce from Anthony.

The two recently began "casually dating" after first being spotted on a romantic dinner date in September.
