The heavy metal star appeared on wife Sharon Osbourne's chatshow The Talk on Tuesday to reveal that cutting meat out of his diet has helped him feel healthier.
"I feel okay actually, I feel better about myself, you know? I go on binges," Ozzy explained.
"That's the reason why I decided to cut out meat out and dairy because I've limited what I can have because when you're on the road and you're travelling, you grab buns and... burgers are everywhere... so now I've just narrowed the margin."
The 'Crazy Train' singer then joked: "I'm not saying I'm gonna do it forever; I might go back - when my wife learns to cook, so that'll be never!"
Kelly Osbourne has revealed that her brother Jack Osbourne was instrumental in helping their father Ozzy stay sober over the last few years.
Ozzy recently hinted that a reunion with his former band Black Sabbath is a "very strong possibility", with guitarist Tony Iommi also saying that the group would like to record a new album with the legendary frontman.
The Talk airs weekdays on CBS.
