Suri's birth certificate leaks online

The birth certificate of controversial Hollywood baby Suri Cruise has found its way onto the internet, prompting a storm of rumours regarding her first few weeks.
TMZ managed to obtain the document, which was filed with the Los Angeles County Register Recorder on May 8, nearly a month after Suri was born.
It is general practice to register birth details within ten days of delivery in Los Angeles, but an official at the hospital where Katie Holmes gave birth explained that the delay was because neither the parents or a representative on their behalf came to provide a signature until May 4.
Neither Holmes nor Tom Cruise came to deal with the formality, but instead sent a "friend" to sort out the situation.
The website also notes that the hospital official who authenticated the certificate was not in the delivery room and did not see the baby, sparking further speculation.
