Eva Longoria not dating Matt Barnes

Eva Longoria has shot down reports that she is involved with Matt Barnes.

On Sunday, the Desperate Housewives actress took to her WhoSay page to express her frustration with the press.

"First Jessica Simpson, now this," Longoria wrote, referring to a recent report that she told Jessica Simpson to cancel her wedding.

"Once again, press gets it wrong, Matt barnes and I are not dating! (sic)" she continued, adding: "We are doing a charity event together for Padres and Athletes vs Cancer."

Longoria recently revealed that she wants to direct a feature film someday, saying that she enjoys being both in front of and behind the camera.

The actress filed for divorce from husband of three years Tony Parker in November of last year.
