The cage fighter, who proposed to Houghton on live TV earlier this month, will join fellow cast members Danny Young, Marcus Patrick and Dale Howard when the new production performs 18 dates across the UK from April 2012.
"We've not really talked about it that much. I'm going to sneak her in the dressing room I think, I need a chief fluffer! We'll find her a job somewhere," he joked, adding that Houghton would "100%" be in the front row to watch him.
Discussing his plans to be "stupendously fit" for the tour, Reid revealed that he is being kept "very, very busy" by his new 'Alex Reid Academy' gym franchise and upcoming workout DVD.
"I'm always going to keep my hand in martial arts - staying true to my athletic career," he said. "You never know, once the gym is properly up and running, I'll probably have another fight."

The 36-year-old said that he is looking forward to returning to his acting roots, having previously appeared in Hollyoaks alongside Wildboyz co-star Patrick.
On more potential acting projects, Reid teased: "I've got... well, I don't want to talk about it too much, but there is a film in the pipeline."
Tickets for the Wildboyz tour are on sale now.
