The 'Mandy' singer personally delivered musical instruments last week to students in Joplin, which was ravaged by a tornado earlier this year.
A collection of string instruments, a concert grand piano and six upright pianos were among the many items that Manilow gave to the children.
Manilow said the donation will lift the spirits of children who lost so much in May's devastating storm.
"I know first-hand how invaluable music can be to get you through life's tough times. It is an honour and a privilege to help these kids after such a disaster," he said during a meeting with the students.
