Cheryl Cole 'staying single, not dating Alex Da Kid'

According to The Mirror, the 'Promise This' star is focusing wholeheartedly on her singing career.
"Too much time was spent worrying whether a certain romance was going to happen," an alleged friend claimed.
The insider added: "It wasn't worth it. She just wants to focus on putting out the best record yet."
Speculation mounted over her relationship with songwriter Da Kid, who is producing her third as-of-yet untitled album, after the pair exchanged warm words on Twitter on Saturday night.
Cheryl's late-night tweet simply read: "@AlexDaKid I love you," after which Da Kid quickly replied: "@CherylCole love you to....".
The 28-year-old former X Factor judge has also been romantically linked with Taio Cruz, with whom she collaborated recently, as well as ex-husband Ashley Cole.
