Updated: Kourtney, Khloe, Rob show support for sister Kim Kardashian after divorce

Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian have shown support for sister Kim.

Kim, who filed for divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries on Monday, revealed that the decision to end her marriage "wasn't easy".

Eldest sister Kourtney wrote on Twitter: "Our sister is going through a difficult time but we're a close family and are sticking together like always."

She continued: "We appreciate everyone's kindness and support. @KimKardashian, we love you."

Khloe also took to her Twitter to address the split.

"Reading some of these comments are so hurtful," she wrote. "I'm grateful for our fans who understand and are being respectful. Hate is disgusting. Love is everything."

She added: "Thank God for family. We are strong and we will only become closer! I love you."

Kim's brother Rob Kardashian also commented briefly following Monday's episode of Dancing with the Stars, telling The Hollywood Reporter backstage: "Everybody, obviously, is not in a good mood, but we support anything my sister deals with, and that's all we can do."

Days before the nuptials, Khloe offered wedding advice to Kim. "It's not about having everything perfect!" Khloe said.

"At some point in your wedding, take your husband in a corner and just be quiet and look and enjoy the whole presence of it. And just look and enjoy because it goes so fast... it's amazing."
