Cheryl Cole ends Lily Allen feud by complimenting baby bump

Cheryl Cole has attempted to end her long-running feud with Lily Allen.

The former X Factor judge, who has had various public spats with singer Allen in the past, complimented Allen on her pregnancy bump after she posted a Halloween picture of herself holding a pumpkin.

Allen's original caption read: "Me, bump and pumpkin... I did it last night during X Factor." Cole then wrote: "@MrsLRCooper looks ridiculously cute with her baby bump. Aahhh."

Cole labelled Allen as a "chick with a d**k" in 2007 after she called Cole's Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts "the ugly one".

Allen later said: "Cheryl, if you're reading this, I may not be as pretty as you, but at least I write and sing my own songs without the aid of Auto-Tune.

"I must say, taking your clothes off, doing sexy dancing and marrying a rich footballer must be very gratifying, your mother must be so proud, stupid bitch."

The pair claimed that they had made up in January 2010, but Cole soon described Allen as a "little girl" when she heard rumours that Allen had later mocked their truce.

Allen is married to Sam Cooper and is expecting their child around Christmas.
