The 'Looks That Kill' singer was arrested in March following a physical scuffle with his then-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs at a Las Vegas comedy show.
He was due to face trial in the case in August, but the proceedings were delayed because Neil had a personal emergency.
Neil has now chosen to plead guilty to the disorderly conduct charge in order to avoid a potentially lengthy and public trial, his attorney told The AP. In return for the plea deal, the prosecutors will dismiss any charges of physical violence.
The musician will be ordered to pay a $1,000 (£624) fine when he enters the plea in court on Monday.
Neil has fronted Mötley Crüe on-and-off for more than 30 years, scoring eight US Top 10 albums along the way.
