Paul McCartney is throwing a party this weekend to celebrate a new era without estranged wife Heather Mills.
The musician wants to move on from the split with Mills and to thanks those close to him for their support in the last few months.
"It's been a tough couple of months for Macca and he wants to put it all behind him," a source told the Daily Mirror. "A lot of people have been very supportive recently and it's his way of saying thanks."
Celebrities invited include George Harrison's widow Oliva and Ringo Starr's wife Barbara Bach, as well as McCartney's children.
