Mariah Yeater, 20, alleged in a lawsuit that she had sex with Bieber after an LA concert last autumn and that the popstar fathered her 3-month-old son Tristyn.
Bieber's management team denied Yeater's allegations, insisting that her claims are "malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false".
The 'Mistletoe' singer was asked about the controversy during an interview on Today on Friday. Bieber reiterated that he has never met Yeater and accused the woman of trying to scam him because of his celebrity status.
Bieber said: "I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
One of Yeater's allegations is that Bieber had his aides bring her backstage following the concert for a rendezvous, but the musician responded that he never hangs around the venues after his performances.
"It's crazy. Every night after the show I'm gone right from the stage right to the car, so it's crazy that some people want to make such false allegations," Bieber said. "To set the record straight, none of it is true."

It was reported on Thursday that Yeater may be investigated for statutory rape because she claimed that Bieber was under California's legal age of consent at the time of their alleged tryst.
Bieber will be travelling to Belfast, Northern Ireland this weekend to perform at the MTV EMAs, which will be hosted by his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
