Miranda Lambert: 'Blake Shelton and I haven't been married yet'

Miranda Lambert has revealed that she and husband Blake Shelton haven't really experienced married life yet.

The country music superstars wed in Nashville in May, but Lambert said their busy careers haven't allowed them to spend much time together recently.

She told USA Today: "I haven't really gotten to experience being married yet, to be honest. I'm just ready to, like, be home and be in the kitchen and do dishes - do what married couples are supposed to do. Hang out."

Lambert also disclosed that she and Shelton have discussed touring together, but have chosen to wait until they're as popular as other country music power couples like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.

"We've got big shoes to fill. Both of us want to get as far as we can get and as big as we can get on our own first," she said. "I want to sell out arenas, and he wants to sell out arenas. When the time's right, heck, yeah, we'd love to go on a tour together."

Lambert previously commented that becoming a mother someday won't change her.
