Hayden Panettiere was left stunned by a male streaker who interrupted her presentation of an award at the 2011 MTV EMAs last night (November 6).
The Scream 4 actress was about to announce the nominees for 'Best Song' at the Belfast ceremony, when a naked man suddenly began leaping about in the shadows behind her, ran out to the front of the stage and sheepishly covered his privates as he was confronted with the cheering audience of thousands.
Panettiere gasped, chuckled and declared, "Oh my God", before offering the man her microphone.
"Apparently the only way out is back that way," he said. "So you were in that show Heroes? Nice one."
Panettiere then invited the man to join her for "a pint" at the after party, which he accepted.
"I don't have my phone on me though," he quipped.
The unknown man, who spoke in an Irish accent, bid farewell to Panettiere, excitedly bounced on the spot with his hands above his head one last time and rushed off stage.
"Well, that was different," Panettiere deadpanned.

The actress went on to name Lady GaGa as the winner of 'Best Song' for her track 'Born This Way'.
The 'Judas' singer was the night's most successful star, scooping the 'Best Female', 'Best Video' and 'Biggest Fans' trophies. Other winners included Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Bruno Mars.
