Yaeter, 20, filed a lawsuit against Bieber last week, saying that she became pregnant after having sex with the 'Mistletoe' singer following a concert in October 2010.
Bieber has insisted that he has never met Yeater, though she recently restated her accusation and said that she has proof of Bieber's paternity.
A source has now told US Weekly: "Justin's team chose to proactively make arrangements for him to take a DNA test to put this to rest when he gets back from Europe.
"It's ridiculous that this story has gotten this big, and it's entirely obviously made up. So he's doing this just to put an end to [the allegations] even though he shouldn't have to."
"We'll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions," Bieber's publicist Matt Hiltzik said.
Bieber has admitted that he expects future allegations about his private life because of his celebrity status.
